Summary: Great stay for our last 2 nights in Tokyo. Good location. Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Great shower. The free drink voucher allowed us to start our evening with a quick refreshment in the bar before heading further into the City. Thankyou!

Summary: Very friendly staff with excellent amenities including free drink coupons for each night of your stay. The rooms are very small with not enough room to keep your suitcase open, you’ll need to keep it tucked away to avoid fire and tripping hazard. The carpet was very dirty and made me feet feel sticky, but luckily the give free slippers to avoid walking barefoot in your room. The walls on the bathroom had stains on it but otherwise the room and bathroom was very clean. Very strong AC system which is perfect for summer months.

Summary: Excellent hotel, great service from staff. Only negative was the bed was way too hard and pillows were terrible. Location was fabulous, close to shopping and many restaurants. 20 min taxi ride to cruise port was super convenient. 😊😊

Summary: Rooms were extremely small as was the bathroom. No counter space. Lobby toilets were not cleaned regularly and soap was missing. Asked for later checkout and was told it's 2000 Yen for an extra hour. Hotel seeemed newer, room was generally comfortable, but the above details bothered me for the rate charged.
